George Carlin Was Wrong

Several things stood out to me from the discussion and presentation. One was the positive role for the government appears to play in Europe and Asia in regulating the internet infrastructure to ensure an even playing field, pushing competition to the next with ISPs and other service providers. It appears that government intervention is one key reason the consumer benefits from internet services that are faster and cheaper than in the U.S. What if we tried that here?
